Football has been a central part of my life for as far as I can remember, both as a player and as a coach. My journey in the game has been shaped by a passion for development, teamwork, and helping players and coaches reach their full potential.

With over 20 years of coaching experience, I have worked across all levels of the game, from MiniRoos through to senior men’s semi-professional and women’s professional football, including involvement with state teams. I currently hold a UEFA B Licence and an AFC A Licence and am also a qualified Coach Educator.

I spent more than 10 years working within a Member Federation environment, supporting coach and player development across the pathway. During this time, I had the opportunity to take teams on international tours to Asia, including China, Singapore, and Thailand, providing players with valuable exposure to different styles of football and cultures. I have also delivered coach education workshops internationally, including in India along with coach education courses, community and advanced in Western Australia

I am passionate about creating positive learning environments where players can develop technically, tactically, and personally. I strongly believe that coaches play an important role in shaping not only better footballers, but better people.

These experiences have reinforced my belief that player development should be intentional, informed, and centred on learning. With Proseed Football, I’m able to contribute to an approach that helps players, parents, and coaches better understand the game and the process of improvement that sits behind long-term football development.
